Two of our favorite memories of Budapest are our visits to the wonderful thermal baths. There are over 100 warm springs under the city which are used for heating and for enjoyment. Bucharest is often called a " little Paris" with wide streets, it's own Arch deTriumph, a love of beauty and a statue of Charles de Gaul replacing earlier ones of Lenis and Stalin.
