After the Perintian Islands the next stop on our travels was Penang, not a massive amount to report from Penang...we arrived around 6am after a very long journey from the islands and checked in to the Olive Garden Guesthouse. We spent a couple of days checking out the city...and visited an english pub where we ate bangers and mash!!! VERY cultural! We played around with the idea of heading to Langkawi but in the end decided that it was time to head to Kuala Lumpu...

30th October 06 After catching the Fast Boat to the Small Island (the Perinthians are made up of two islands - Small Island and Big Island!) we realised we were in our own episode of Lost!! 27 Oct 06 Was really excited to head to Koh Phi Phi and it didn't disappoint! It was absolutely beautiful! The boat journey from Krabi was pretty cool and the closer you got to Phi Phi the more beautful the sea got and it was full of tropical fish. The port was buzzing and the town was full of dive schools, cafes, bars and shops.
