Been in Saigon (Hoi Chi Min) the last 2 nights. The place is massive and traffic is crazy - worse than Hanoi. Theres over 3 million motor bikes here!

When I was coming into Saigon on the bus it was strange to see how many Catholic churches there are here. On the 1st day I went to see the Notre Dame Cathedral - its nice but doesnt come close to the one in Paris, the Reunification Palace - strange place, and the War Remnants Museam which was a bit horrific at parts with all the images of the Vietnam casulties of the American chemical weapons - but it was well worth a visit.

Today I went to see the Cu Chi Tunnels - that was good. I got to shoot and M1 rifle and climb through the tunnels - I did the whole 50 metres!

Myvisa is up on the 30th, so Im deciding now whether to go on a tour to through the Mekong Delta and travel by boat to Cambodia or just get the bus straight from here to Phom Pen.
