Is it my imagination or have I finally found something worth living for... Langkawi, tax free cigarettes and alcohol. That said, it is not one of my favourite islands to be honest, very much a holiday destination, sea full of speed boats, jet skis, and banana boats. The highlight was Teresa taking on lead vocals with a band in a packed nightclub. Another brick in the wall will never sound the same again. A couple of days later I was up on stage murdering redemption song with the same band. Apologies to Bob Marley.
We get back to Thailand in a couple of days, starting in Koh Lipe. I haven't half missed the chilled out island lifestyle, and Lipe is supposed to be the most chilled of them all. Malaysia has been an amazing experience but paradise awaits.
