After copacabana we went to la Paz, capital of Bolivia. It was a pretty interesting journey, in order to cross lake titicaca they emptied us all onto speed boats and then put our entire coach on a motorised raft- there were a lot of anxious faces watching the coach's route to check it didn't sink and take all our bags with it! Cuzco is kicking Bogota's ass. We arrived in sunny Cuzco yesterday (yes sunny!) No problems with flights. The hostel is massive and reminds Becky of freshers week with activities every night. Well the cover image wasn't Bogota but Medellin- there is a famous Artist here called Botero who makes statues and paintings all of extremely fat people! There were several of these statues around in the central plaza of medellin which were all very funny! So now we are in bogota, capital of Colombia and must say are finding it the least enchanting place we've stayed yet! So we've had a fun and relatively relaxing few days in Medellin, such a shame we're leaving tomorrow because there's so much more of the city to see!
