It is amazing how familiar stores in the US are so different here. Kmart is probably the best example. I only go into Kmart if I am looking for something specific. The Kmart of 6th Ave is run down and even the employees don't seem to care about the state of it. Here Kmart is one of the major stores. I have learned that the people of Queensland don't believe in street signs. I am not sure how they know what highway or street they are on because you can go miles before you end up with any clue where you are at. Today started way to early as my phone/alarm clock decided to spring ahead yesterday, although Queensland does not.
