Yesterday in Bangkok we went to see the grand palace and Wat Pho. Then we took a taxi back to the hostel to pick up our luggage and say goodbye to our friends. We then took the 7.30pm train 2nd class to Chiang Mai. First impressions the train didnt look very good but at 9pm they converted the seats into beds and they were very comfortable so the 12 hour journey was not hard at all as i slept through most of it.

I arrived to the SpicyThai Backpackers hostel today and its amazing!! I will make a video of it and upload it! Met loads of people already, everyone is very friendly and the staff here are great. The internet here is free to so i will upload all my past videos when i get a min! We have just ordered pizza to the hostel so after we eat that, we are going to go into the centre of Chaing Mai and walk round. I hope to book some treks over the next few days, I want to go to an elephant farm, rafting, rain forest etc. Will update blog will details after I have been on them.
