Its going to be a quick update as I only have 4 minutes of internet time left!

I left Penang, I caught ferry to mainland and then a bus to Alor Setar and then another bus to Kuala Kedah and then a ferry to Langkawi...there was a direct ferry from Penang but that was more expensive!

So I arrived in Langkawi yesterday just in time for the sunset on the beach and it was beautiful! I didnt reserve a room so told driver to take me to Chenag where a lot of backpackers go and i found a hostel called Gecko there for 15RM for a dorm room. Today I hired a motorbike for 2 days and went round some of the island and went to the waterworld which was fun....i spent a few hours walking on the baeach...it was way less crowded than in Thailand! I have booked myself to go on the island hopping tour tommorow...times up!!
