The Chinque Terre walk was a fantastic way to start our trip, glad we did it before the peak season as there were already crowds of tourists. Started in Riomaggiore and walked through the 5 villages (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, and Monterosso). The sun was cranking and the views were amazing, and so good to have that first swim in the sea.

The camp ground we were planning to stay at in Devia Marina was booked out (Italian public holiday), but we managed to stumble across another one right on beach where owners found us a piece of grass/gravel and ended up being right next to another kiwi couple who we enjoyed some limonchillos with.
