Had 2 big days travelling with an overnight stop in some city on the way before we arrived in Bogota, and what a relief to not have to get on another bus for a long time. Stayed at a sweet backpackers, called Platypus, which had free coffee and gave you a beer on the house when you arrived.

Spent our last 2 days in colombia checking out the city, including the gold musuem and police museum. Really nice city. Our camera managed to break on our last day, talk about timing - we were so lucky it didn't break any earlier!

Then it was off to the airport to catch a midnight flight to Vancouver.
