Final stages of packing. Photos and blog on the way.

Great day for travelling. Minor car problem caused early stop in old home town. Off tomorrow to Cobar. Only made it to Hillston. Car problem caused return to home for parts. Off again on Thursday.

Ten days to go and we will be heading off north again. Since last year we have updated the car and van and are now equiped for free camping along the way. Our plans are to take three weeks to get to Kurumba on the gulf and then head to Mareeba for a month before heading south again. Three months on the road but the plans are flexible. Retirement is great, particularly on frosty mornings. More updates from the road.

We are almost ready to leave looking for sunshine. The weather is fairly typical with cold overcast days and not much rain. The caravan looks great with the new paint and we should leave next Saturday. Updates along the way
