It wasn't a bad train ride into Canberra. The train station was a way out of the city though, so I had to get a bus into the city to find the YHA hostel I was staying in. I got chatting to a German lad who was going to the same hostel as me so we travelled in together. We checked in and then almost immediately went exploring. Well, I FINALLY arrived on the 3rd August. Wow! What a mammoth flight! I am only just starting to feel remotely human again. Sleep patterns are all over the place and now I truely know I have never properly had jet lag before! I made the journey from the airport to Manly in one piece and all on my own!
