After topping up our tans on the beach we got ready for the infamous Full Moon Party..... (to those who aren't sure - the Full Moon Party at Hat Rin Beach on Koh Pha Ngan island occurs every full moon and attracts between 10,000 and 30,000 party-goers depending on the time of year. So we did our bit of chilling on the beach, listening to tracks such as Bob Marley's 'Don't Worry about a thing'... good times! Was nice to spend a bit of time doing nothing! Evenings consisted of barbeques, beverages and fire jugglers... including a four year old!!??!! Today, we've come back from an amazing trip round the island, though we thought the boat was going to capsize at one point!! Lifejackets, snorkels and fins at the ready we headed to Shark Bay....

Samui done - yesterday we packed up our bags and got the boat to Koh Tao, the smallest of the islands and THE place to scuba-dive supposedly. Keeping it short as we've had a really busy day visiting AngThong national Marine Park. After a 6.30am start, we caught the boat and was out canoeing through the caves at 10am. Followed by snorkelling, a brave experience for both of us (mummy Liz be impressed!). National Museum was interesting, the highlight being the grand funeral chariots (no cameras allowed for that part so sorry you can't see!) We then went to the Aumlet Market where we bought some lucky charms for our travels!! Picked up our bags and headed to the train station for the 17.05pm train to Surat Thani. Shared a cabin with a thai mother and her 5year old son. Had a laugh trying to eat our tea and then sleep in our bunk beds!! Arrived Surat Thani 4am...
