There isn't a lot to say about Mission Beach. I think it would have been beautiful but it rained pretty much every day that we were there. We spent the whole time in the room which luckily was our best room yet, it was more like a motel that a hostel and so we just watched strange Australian television all day. When leaving Mission Beach you saw just how much Cyclone Larry has destroyed when it hit a few months ago. So many trees and rooftops were destroyed and it was all the way up to Cairns that it happened.
