We got up pretty early for breakfast before setting of at 8.00am to the National Park for our trekking. After a lot of waiting around (driving up and down the island) we finally arrived at the park with lots of other tour groups and set off together up the hill.
We really enjoyed the trek and the view from the top was great, as this was the first bit of exercise we had both done since we left home, the hour and a half that we were walking for was more than enough though!
We had lunch back at the hotel, which consisted of the same food we had for lunch yesterday and dinner last night and then headed back down to the town and had a few beers with another couple from our boat.
At 3.30 pm we were all shipped back to the harbour and were put onto yet another boat with different people again. We set off and after about 1 hour the 6 people that had paid extra money for the trip were moved onto a nicer boat (moderately nicer). By this stage we were seriously sceptical about the organisation of these trips, they seem to have no idea at any stage who should be where, and to top it off refused to return our passports. As the night drew in the boat moored up and Tom and a few of the other went for a quick swim. We had the same tea again, by now steamed rice was coming out of our ears. While we were eating it started raining and the wind picked up slightly, so the boat quickly manoeuvred to a different part of the bay. We spent the night chatting to two Irish girls, Laura and Orna and settled down for a night in our cabin at about 11.00 pm.
