Having had a good evening last night with the two Norwegian girls and the French guy camping next to us we thought we'd have a walk up to the lighthouse on the headland in hope of seeing some Dolphins.
After breakfast we met the Norwegian girls for the walk. It was hot even at 10 am but nice to get out and about to see the town. If there's one good thing about Australia its the coastline and throughout the walk the clarity of the views were out of this world.
We saw a hoping Kangaroo but didn't manage to spot any Dolphins although we did go to Australians most easterly point if that means anything? The views were amazing and we took some good photos. It must have taken over two hours by the time we were back and both had taken a bit of a roasting from the sun.
A little time on the internet was needed and as there wasn't a McDonald's for the free stuff we found a cheap place and booked the return ferry between the north and south islands of New Zealand.
When we got back to the site, for the second time in three days, we spent a bit of time in the pool and hot tub, living the life!
In the evening we sat by our tent relaxing and enjoying the sun drinking our 4.4 litres of red wine (not in one go), the whole box only cost £5.50, no wonder this country is full of drunks!
