We were in bed early last night and had to go without any tea! We were just setting off out when the power went again, this was nothing to worry about as we were now used to this happening on a daily basis. We set off back for the torch when lightning lit the sky and suddenly the wind really picked up. We sat in our room, (mainly because Rachael was terrified we would get knocked out by a flying cow if we went back outside.) Eventually after a couple of hours the storm died down and the power came back on. By this time everywhere was closed up for the night.

We'd decided we were going to get up nice and early and try to see a few of the sites in Jaisalmer before it got too hot but as per usual their was no power again so we stayed in bed for a couple more hours. We managed to be up and away by 9.00am we went for some breakfast outside of the fort. Then headed to some of the tourist attractions.

We arrived at the museum and after being approached by touts trying to get us into the museum we were already entering and soon realised this was a real money spinner and decided to give it a miss. We then wandered for another couple of minutes until we got to the Jain Temple. This is a Hindu temple built in the 12th and 15th centuries. There are no pictures of the temple as we had to pay more than our entry fee for the camera!
