We were back at Mumbai station 6.00am feeling tired and grumpy. We then hung around for 9 hours, getting lost before boarding another train at 3.00 pm. Unfortunately we had been forced to downgrade train class and now had to share a none a/c carriage with some very dodgy looking people! Although lively, with many interesting people passing through the train this was the last thing we needed as we had now not slept for 19 hours!

9 hours later and Tom crying as his TV set on the plane didn't work! We arrive in Mumbai (11.45 local time) its not raining!! We have lots of forms to fill in for immigration and then we collect our baggage. So far so good. As we had 10 hours to kill before our night train to Goa, we took our lives in our hands and jumped in a taxi to the only place we know, the Taj Mahal Hotel in Colaba.
