Got up ready to be picked up at 7.30am and taken to the airport for my flight to Oahu, Hawaii at 10.30am. I am flying with American Airlines again and checked in at the self service kisok and dropped off my bag. My ticket said that seats couldn't be assigned at this time and will be done at the gate. I didn't really think anything of it and joined the line for security. The line was out of the terminal building. I have never seen a line so big for security before...
