meredith one road construction crew had their "homes" dug into the steep hill on the sides of the road! Had their whole families there...was a sight to see!

meredith only time I have thrown away a, $25 (which is a lot for me!), bottle of wine was in Vn. Apparently they have been on the street stalls since the Indo China days and they are not improved with age when hot for half the year and cold for the other half!

Chris Waller Wow, quite a day! Yes, I remember a bus trip in Thailand like that! I guess the buses aren't designed for westerners!!! I wonder how a team of basketballers would go!!! Glad Halong Bay is going well. The photos look great! Keep the blogs rolling in!
