Sunday : Overcast
Well the skies are still cloudy, so that means no plans again for today. Kim wants to check out all the clothes shops and markets, so that's it then.
We got up and went outside into some quite chilly weather looking for a place to have some breakfast.
The place had an interesting name for sausage, eggs, beans on toast. 'The Simpleton' I had to get it, and it wasn't too bad.
Next was a walk through the streets looking for some shops. It didn't take too long before we found some. Problem was that the majority were mens shops, a bit strange. We eventually found a strip of girly shops, Kim picked up a nice black coat and some funky green converse shoes.
We continued the walk through a few more shops, but we were out of bag room. I didn't even think of buying a thing, even though I could of.
We then went back to an Internet cafe, to check some emails, Kim sent some emails away about some accommodation in London. I have been speaking to some people about work, and its looking good for a start in early december. We also spoke quickly to Grant about his tour of England, he's looking to arrive on 19/11/11.
We then went back to the hotel to try and warm up a bit, it had also started to rain. There are no fire places in any of the shops or restaurants up here, which is weird. It's the perfect place for some. Looking out over the town in ways looks very similar to Katoomba, and up there fire places are everywhere.
We watched the end of bad boys and then went out to dinner. They had Dal Bhat, so I gave it a go, and it was no Nepali Dal Bhat but it wasn't bad.
After dinner we went back to the room and got ready for bed. Tomorrow is our last chance to see Khengazonga, so hopefully it rains hard and the sky clears up.
