The horse farm was an experience. Got there fairly late. Although I knew that the accommodation was above the stalls I wasn't quite so prepared for the fairly basic accommodation. But OK I will give it a go and survive. However the owners had received a call from 6 horsemen who were passing through from the south east. A short stop in Bled after Bohinj Lake. So many people say that you should visit Bled as if it's the best Slovenian destination. Doubtless it's beautiful but perhaps a bit spoiled by tourism. It would have been exquisite before the modern buildings, also quiet and relaxed. So many people visit now that swimming in the lake has been banned because of sunscreen pollution etc. Nevertheless it's worth a visit and a wander.

A short stop at bohinjsko Jezero (lake), the biggest glacial lake in Slovenia. It's much less developed than Lake Bled and has a more relaxed and natural feel to it. Had a nice walk by the lake, not enough time to walk all the way around. It's a popular place for school excursions as the children can learn about the things that live at the lake shore. It's very popular in high season for camping.

The car train. After leaving Pri Lovrcu, ecological tourist farm in Cadrg, we drove for about half an hour down the winding road to the train station. There Katerina drove the car onto the train.
