Hello all! We have made it to Ho Kham. Our home for the next 3 weeks. It was our first day teaching yesterday and it was fantasitic! Helloo again... Its 6:42pm and i have just had a shower. Another beautiful day in Nong Kai. Today we spent the day in TESCO. For all the Aussies TESCO is an enormous store which sells everything!! Rach, Katie and I went shopping for our cheese and wine night, however it turned into a day playing around TESCO as for some odd reason you cannot buy alcohol inbetween 2 and 5 pm... so we ate up a storm in starbucks and claimed the couches for a few hours. Hey all!! Just sat down to another amazing meal.. we love it here. we arrived yesterday after an overnight train trip from Bangkok.. Found out once seated on the train we got majorly ripped off by V! however it was our first good sleep. We recommend catching the night trains. It leaves at 8pm and arrived at Nong Kai at 9am. compfy beds for $12 per person.. it took ten hours to get here to Nong Kai and we drank Chang (thai beer) and played cards.. Then slept.. oh...
