Kaikoura is a lovely little beach township. Our hostel was so lovely, i would say one of my favourites so far! It had a really nice chill out sofa area and the kitchen had lots of free food. I had free breakfast and dinner! The bedrooms were kind of gypsyish and had cave like bunkbeds with curtains. We used our day in kaikoura to do the "20 min" walk up to the peninsula.
