Arrived in Denver yesterday and after stopping at Grant St to check in with Megan, Joan and I stocked up at Albertson's then headed up to Breckenridge. Megan and Katherine waited for Will to get home from work then flowed us up.
We checked into our condo at Twin Elks (Wyndham ReaortQuest). After snacking and relaxing for a bit, we walked to dinner in town at The Warming Hut. Joan had elk medallions, I had shepherds pie, Katherine had meatloaf, Will had mussels, and Megan had roasted chicken. The specialty of the house was comfort food Nd they delivered. Katherine commented that this is the place we should come AFTER skiing. The three people at the bar who were having trouble staying on the stools provided our entertainment for the evening. After that, we all were ready for bed.
