Just in Nha Trang at the moment but getting an overnight train upto Hoi An tonight, very upset as wanted to stay here longer. Its a gorgeous beach town so relaxed. Went on an amazing boat trip yesterday, they had us jumping off of the roof of the boat, then we went snorkelling and had THE most amazing food for lunch. I'm guna go ahead and say best meal so dar. Mud baths at the spa 2day so don't want to leave :(....will try call next time your in.

Found 2 numbers o n your student card. I think the 14 digit number could be the new password 20107100258614. Failing that your Reg. no. is 20150526. Hope this works. love dad

Hi, they said your password had been reset back in March, probably to the barcode number on the back of your uni corporate card, sounds odd because you have used your e-mail since then. You can reset the password by going to the uclan website and click on IT support on the right hand side then click on support on the left hand side. Then click on passwords, if you then go to reset password you will need your student number. If you don't know it but it is at home let me know.

Good news! I found the right person at Uclan to sort out your problem and he has reinstated your e-mail for one month as you are abroad and need access to your net storage. Give it a try and let me know if you have any problems. love dad xxx

Hi again, I have spoken to uclan and your use of university facilities ends 3 years after you register. You can join the 'alumni' and get use of your e-mail address again but that could take up to 3 weeks and will cost about £100. You are better setting up another e-mail account with google or hotmail or whoever you want. Let us know if we can help. love dadxxx
