Well this is it, D Day has arrived, I've been so worried about this. I wasn't actually leaving for Muscat until 4pm so I had a bit of time to kill, as I only had the room until 12pm. So I used this time to sleep in and pack up and watch a bit of TV. I then checked out and went to have lunch at a nearby restaurant. The food was really good, but there were these arrogant French guys in there giving the lady waiting tables hell. She ended up going nuts at them...

This morning we went on the city tour of Dubai, which seemed to be all shopping stops. I bought a belly dancing outfit and a costume for my dog for my Africa themed house warming party at the souvenir market near the gold souq.We visited the Dubai museum, which seems to be the only thing remotely old in the entire city.They have a wing showing, a carpenters shop, a jewellery shop and blacksmith, all with videos of people working in them.I thought it was funny tha...
