Well we're finally off.

Handed the house over this morning, then dropped the car at Ray and Jo's. Great to spend a little time with Maddy and Thomas before we left.

We then headed down the peninsula and spent the night right next to the water at Shoreham with Phillip Island just across the water. A couple of blokes woke us at about 11.30 when they came and started wading with lights, flounder fishing. It is a fantastic spot and it was a great first night.
