It was very cold this morning 8 or 9 degrees, Tom Price is a cooler spot in winter as it's the highest town in WA at 746 metres. It was around 20c during the day, very pleasant. Drove through to Tom Price this morning, a very scenic drive. Checked out the town it's not nearly as rustic as we had thought it would be. Just one caravan park but no dogs allowed there so we're parked at a road train assembly area again tonight, it's pretty good. No back packers here think they must be camped out at Karrajini National Park.

Headed off this morning and stopped at Nanutarra Roadhouse and went for a walk across the Ashburton River. The river although a small amount of water was running strongly. The whole trip through was very scenic, think we are probably very fortunate to see it all so green. Sunday morning we had a cold shower at the marina then went to the Anglican Community church. Their young minister gave a very good message on 1 Corinthians 14. He covered a very difficult passage about women's involvement in church, he covered the subject thoroughly and sensitively, it was a very good service. Friday morning went to the visitors centre, then went for a drive around the place and checked out the new marina development it will be a very nice setup when finished. Quite surprised about so many houses being built with galvanized iron cladding even the Novatel Hotel, in years past this was just for tin sheds.
