Was up in time for pancake breakfast and got through about 4 of the bad boys, after breakfast I chilled in the lounge for a little bit and met up with Jason, we planned to see all the big sites today so hit the road about 10am. We made a rough route plan and our first stop was the White House which was pretty cool, there were so many armed guards and mounted units it felt like I was in a movie! We then moved on to the monument building, the Lincoln memorial, Jefferson memorial and the capital building. We then grabbed a bite to eat and hit up the air and space museum which was amazing, probably one of the best museums I've been too, it was getting a bit late by the time we were done in the museum as our legs were getting tired from all the walking so we headed back to the hostel and grabbed some beers on route, we chilled out for about an hour and then the England game was on! Jason and I were the only guys supporting England, unfortunately after a decent game England lost to Italy and I was very disheartened :( we had a few more beers and then headed out as a decent sized group to an Ethiopian restaurant where we had an amazing meal, one of the best I've had in a long tome and you ate it by hang, so good. After we stuffed our faces we headed to a bar where I got another beer, I was feeling the long day though so I feeling that and was pretty tired, so I told the guys I was calling it a night and a few of them were in the same boat so we headed back together and caught the end of x-men first class, when the movie was finished I necked some water and hit the hay.
