The past few days in Melbourne have been great and iv decided that it is one of the best cities iv ever been to. I'v just got back from sailing the Whitsundays and am feeling very burnt but very happy, had an amazing time. To start the story i got the overnight bus up here (no sleep) and right away got on to finding a boat to get on the next day. We had a stay in Gladstone in a pretty average B and B but it was made more exciting by our expectations of what Herron Island would be like. In the morning we got to the airport to discover that Mum had schneakily organised for us to go to the Island by Helicopter!
