We left Marahau and headed south towards Greymouth. We were supposed to drive through the Buller Gorge to the 'wild' west coast which was recently voted as one of the top four drives in the world by Lonely Planet. Unfortunately our driver Goose hasn't got a feckin clue where he is going so we ended up missing the drive along the coast road and the blow holes and Pancake Rocks at Paparoa National Park. to be fair to Goose he did offer to drive back up the coast...
