Today I went down to Low Cost Car Hire and picked up my little campervan. It went down here originally to pick up an orange Spaceship (www.spaceships.tv) but I managed to negotiate this van for less money than the Spaceship and it has room for 3 people and space to actually stand up. The flight from Darwin was only 3 hours, so I arrived in Cairns at 8am. As I had seen Border Control (Australian Customs Show) on TV before, I made sure that I declared my wooden artefacts that I had bought from various places in SE Asia and also the food that I had on me.
