This morning I woke up and decided that it was time to leave Sihanouk Ville as I had had enough of going out and drinking with nothing else to go and see during the day. I had thought about going over to one of the islands near to hear such as Bamboo Island or even heading over to Kampot but I had decided that it would not be so much fun over there on my own so I decided to book the night bus over to Siem Reap so that I could go and see the amazing Angkor Wat.

Although it was good fun over here in Sihanouk Ville, there wasn't much to do other than lay on the beach during the day and go out and drink buckets in the evening! You can only do this for so long.

My only thought about going directly to Siem Reap was that we had to go back via Phnom Penh on the bus and I thought about stopping there for a couple of nights so that I could take up Boral on his offer of his wife cooking dinner for me, but I was not sure if the offer would still stand if I just turned up looking for him. So I decided that it could have been a waste of time and money so, headed straight to Siem Reap.

I got picked up at 7pm from my hostel and boarded the night bus to Siem Reap, I should arrive there around 6am tomorrow morning and as I don’t have a hostel booked let’s hope it’s quite easy to find something when I get there.
