Right folks, tonight is my last night in the UK for up to a year. I am very excited to get out there but also a little nervous. I hope to get to Vientiane, Laos by 2pm on the 4th June. From there I will be meeting Morgan and Monkey.

As most of you know they have been TOTALLY useless in keeping in touch, uploading photos and generally remembering their friends back home. I will give them a stern talking to when I arrive and will get some photos of their sunburnt, pink little bods uploaded ASAP.
