So the last you heard we were going to help build a house. We woke up early to cycle the 3-4 mile to the site just past the school we had been to the day before. On arriving at the sight we noticed that there was a house still standing and we had actually had to demolish the existing house so the locals could build the new house. Last night we explored our surroundings around the city centre and down to the river in kampot. It's a lot smaller than we thought and you can walk around the main streets and get down to the river in about 10 minutes. We had heard of a place called Ta Ouv that offered cheap and tastey food.
