Hi all, I've had a fantastic last few days. I made a knife in Barrytown, took a bite of a possum pie (not so great) in Whataroa, panned for gold just outside Franz Josef and today I took a helicopter ride to half way up the glacier and hiked for 3 hours, then got flown back down again. Hi all, Well today was a good day. We spent an hour driving through Wellington, drove up to the top of Mount Victoria and took some lovely photos (to be uploaded soon..). Then we decided to do some four wheel driving across the coast line and drove for 24km over some interesting terrain. I got to see seals basking in the sun on some rocks, cows grazing on the sides of hills and lots of red rocks! The four wheel driving was good fun, it pays to have a hug...
