Hello all, I'm now back in Sydney after a perilous journey from Auckland. We got into the plane at 3.40pm and didn't leave the runway til 6.30pm. A failed aircon part on the plane meant that we sat in the heat for three hours whilst engineers fixed the problem. Hi all, I'm now back in Wellington and staying here for the next two days, whilst I wipe away tears for leaving the south island. I wasn't able to do the Dolphin swim or Whale watching in Kaikoura because of bad weather. In a way though, I was secretly a bit relieved to avoid going out on rough waters again.
