I promised my friend Ian I would set up a Travel Blog, otherwise he refused to talk to me. So here it is.........

I saw a photo of Machu Picchu several years ago and decided to do the Inca Trial. Buried by jungle until 1911, there was something very spiritual and mysterious about this place. Ever since I have been bitten my the travel bug.

Some of the countries I have visited are China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Kenya, Tanzania, USA, Canada, The Azores, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Russia, Finland, Switzerland.

Courtesy of GSK and voluntary redundancy I spent 6 months backpacking around Australia followed by 6 months over-landing through South America.

Now an opportunity to spend 6 weeks in New Zealand
