Thoughts on Sydney

I have enjoyed our time in Australia but I would not say Sydney is my favourite city. It is quite like Dublin - some areas are really really nice and others are not so. It is also quite a dirty city but I guess coming here straight from Asia we were a little spoiled as the streets are spotless. I really enjoyed our time in Melbourne and the WhitSundays - yes even my time on the boat! The weather is really good and I can understand why many people want to live here - the outdoor life is excellent.

Now on to more important issues - Kit Kats!! The selection in Australia is fantastic. They have these amazing chunky ones which are in 3 flavours caramel, cookies & cream and chocolate. They are broken into 3 pieces and each piece has some type of the selected flavour. Paul & I really did enjoy them and I will be writing to Nestle when we get back to find out why we don't have them in the UK and Ireland!
