It´s our last day in Natal. To be honest I think I can speak for my husband as well as myself when I say I´m not going to miss the place overly. Beautiful beaches don´t get me wrong but a big city with not much in the way of attractions. As i´m sure you know P and I aren´t ones for sitting by the pool in the sun all day...(nor is our skin accustomed to it)
We leave at 0900 tomorrow (Thursday) morning for a 4.5 hour coach to Recife, then on to Olinda which is the more picturesque suburb of the city. We are hoping to spend 3 -4 days in the town and steer clear of the city itself as it is renowned to be the most Dangerous area in the North of Brasil!
We are trying hard to find an internet cafe that will let us upload some pictures but so far we have had no luck.
Anyhow, must rush as we need to get some food and a Caparinhi or three (they are as cheap as water here you know!) as this is our last night and an early start tomorrow.
Until the next time...

Something to add - While on a beach in Olinda the usual hawkers were wandering around selling thier wares. A guy had a bucket of freshly picked oysters so I thought I´d try some. Delicious! with just a sqeeze of lime on top and straight down the hatch... Paul had a couple and thought they were...ok...but he now has a wife with expensive taste!
