We were on our way to Smithers in the rain when we spotted the Fort Telkwa RV Park. Pulled in and ended up staying three nights while we explored the area. Had some great visits (and meals) in Prince George with brother-in-law Doug and wife Muriel, as well as with nephew Brad and wife Kim. Williams Lake - my home for so many years! We camped at the Stampede Grounds and used our new screen tent for the first time. Great for trapping bugs inside! We went around town acting like tourists (we are!) and saw the sculptures and murals along with a visit to the Visitor Centre - built by Pioneer Homes of Timber Kings fame.
