Yesterday(23 Nov) went to see the Giant Buddha (have seen it before so didn't climb the stairs again). It is a fantastic site and the Po Lin Monastery is so peaceful and serene. Enjoyed walking part of the Lantau Trail and the Wisdom Path. Went into Kowloon in the evening - the place is really buzzing on a Friday night - ended up in Ned Kellys Bar and saw the same tramp outside that we saw 2 years ago! He was a lovely smiley chap who looked liked Fu Man Chu and we couldn't resist giving him a few dollars. Today, spent the day in Mui Wo (the village we are staying in). Went to see the Silvermine Falls and Cave and chilled out for the rest of the day on the beach. Off out to eat now.
