Have been across to HK island and took a couple of tram rides - you can ride from one end of the island to the other for 15p! Quite an experience watching the world go by with lots of chinese people getting on and off (you have to get on at the back and fight your way to the front to get off)!!! Yesterday(23 Nov) went to see the Giant Buddha (have seen it before so didn't climb the stairs again). It is a fantastic site and the Po Lin Monastery is so peaceful and serene. Enjoyed walking part of the Lantau Trail and the Wisdom Path. Bit tired on Tuesday after a 12 hour flight - flight was excellent however, very smooth and no delays.
