hey you ya bun quit that, i better not see ian, davies or donnie (or whateva his name was) messages. thankfully i wont hear from viz again as he dont have my new no. thank feck! start my job on wed, am keekin it as its gonna be hard. think ill go to bondi on mon n spend day there sunning myself. still need to go see flats. ive learned some new words since i got here. a 'root' is a shag and thongs aint tiny underwear thats wot they call flip flops. they also call trews 'pants'. oh n know whats really great, you can get jack n coke in beer bottles. n they think its disgusting to put coke in vodka. bizarre! but word on the street is ozzie men are w***s! so i wont be comin home with any husbands. unless i meet a hot foreigner. but dont hold your breath! felt a bit homesick yesterday, was the first time ive been tearful since i left. just cos i thot my interview went bad n ive still no got any mates.  but hopefully that wont be foreva! anyways better go. cheery bye. miss ya's

Congrats on getting the job, knew you'd get one quick. And the money is brilliant too. So stick to working for 6 months (it will go in quick) and then travel. Found out from work that theres nothing in the handbook saying how many holidays I can take at any one time, so its going to be up to the boss. Desperate to find out now. But I'll hold off and be really nice to him for the next few months. Plus will need to wait to see where you end up going and when. Sounds like you are going to have lots of visitors next year so you might think that you never went away!
