Don't know where the time has gone but we have been in our unit for nearly a month. Thoroughly enjoyed living the Ozzie life style which is very laid back and relaxed.
We are mobile and have been spending the time discovering all the little beaches around here and soaking up the sun. We have an excellent local which we manage to stagger to and from on a regular basis.
There are several shopping malls within striking distance, all filled with us pensioners wondering around!!
We have the girls for tea on a Wednesday and have joined them at school for their weekly parade, all this takes place out of doors as do most things. This includes birthday parties and we celebrated Lily's 8th in the park with a BBQ and about 10 eight year olds. Brilliant idea as all the mess is left behind and even better once the kids had been picked up we could wander up to the local to spend the rest of the afternoon putting the world to rights over a lovely glass of chilled rose.
