Hello all, this is Faith and Lily writing this blog. We have had a busy week at school getting ready to break up for the Easter holidays. The activities we have had are: Wednesday cross-country,
Thursday awards parade
Friday an Easter parade.
On Wednesday Faith ran 2 kilometres and came 10th and Lily ran 1 kilometre and came 6th.
At the awards parade Lily and I both got presented our gold. Gold is the highest award you can get. It means that you have followed all the school values for the whole term. Faith performed in the school choir and played her violin, both really well.
Friday was the Easter parade it was great fun! First they had the preps, year ones year twos singing poor Peter rabbit.
Then the parents made a sort of oval shape that you had to go round and show your Easter hat or mask.
On thursday I also had brownies we went to Bunnings and we did some Easter activities. Then we made a Easter egg hunt for kids my age and little kids!
you had to hide the eggs and the other kids had to find two or six pretend eggs and then you had to put them in the bucket and give them six real ones and of course you would have to hide them again. You also had to have tokens. Any way I've got bad news, this week was the last week of dance and school of course, but the good thing is you don't have to wake up early.
