Holly Johnson Two or three times lately I have seen the most beautiful autumn leaves and thought to send them to you. Alas, I cannot, because I do not have a ground address for you. The trees have been so pretty and just light you up when you see them. It's been unusually warm this week, but the cold that's coming next week will probably bring all of them down. Holly Johnson I was rereading your blogs and thinking about you. It's Labor Day and we are off, but there are always things to do wherever we are! It's gotten hot again and rainy so it's very humid. We went to a wdng. Sat evening and nearly melted! Today is a block party just down the street. It's potluck so that's always fun. I'm glad you have found some English speaking folks to hang out with. It's tough when you don't speak the native lang. and are trying to navigate the city. We had a lot of aggravation in Quebec because we knew NO French. As long as your bunch sticks together, you should be able to handle most everything. Everybody will know something, and together you will know LOTS! I hope you are enjoying being a teacher. There's a lot to it, but I'm thinking you have a scripted program to guide you. Are you going to stay in your current apt.? If so, I'd like your address. You will enjoy seeing things written in English from the good ole USA. love you! Aunt Holly
