Slept in until 8.00am, enjoying one of the last opportunities of our holidays to relax late in bed. We laughed to see it was raining outside which would make quad biking a bit interesting but as it is holidays, nothing is going to stop us! Getting up early we went down for a quick breakfast in our hotel in Rhodes then jumped into a cab for the 5 minute ride to the wharf. A beautiful day and the ferry was waiting for passengers so we loaded our gear on, finding a seat for ourselves in a front corner where I could stretch my legs out.... Last night we came by overnight ferry to Rhodes. The ferry was a real experience. There was also a massive ferry leaving Santorini just before ours and watching the trucks unload and load was a real education. OH&S is not big over here and trucks with or without trailers roar around amongst cars, motorbikes and pedestrians at the port. Our ferry was lovely, there were lounges everywhere, a couple of restaurants, a cafe, a bar, kids play area, a mini Timezon...

Our last day on Santorini so we got up reasonably early, had breakfast and then a Memorial meeting.
