I really enjoyed Cambodia. There was both old and new. It was very interesting to see the temples and villages. Siem Reap is in that sweet stage where they are still welcoming to tourists, there are things to do during the day as well as at night and it is still reasonably cheap. It was lots of fun. Today is our last full day in Cambodia. We spent the morning by the pool relaxing. In the afternoon we went to the old market and bought a few small items. Our room is being fogged each day, so that seems to have put an end to the mosquito or spider bites, although I had to get up during to night to rub some anti-itch cream on the bites on my red and swollen ear. Today we are going to a fishing village at the mouth of a tributary to the Tonle Sap Lake. This lake is the 4th largest in Asia. Woke up this morning with mosquito bites in the strangest places. Five bites on my face, 1 on my finger, 1 on the palm of my hand and 3 on my ear! I'm sleeping right next to the Chinese buffet, so they must know Dave is sick. I thought we saw the best of the temples yesterday, but the temples we saw today were even better. I'm not sure if it was jet lag, or excitement about going to Angkor Wat today, but I woke up at 4:30 and couldn't get back to sleep. Dave is sick with a cold and didn't sleep well either.  We did have a good breakfast in the hotel, though.  We hired our own driver and tour guide to visit the temples.
